At Enchanted Footage™, every design is created to be one-of-a-kind. Because our products are made to order and each exact design is released only once, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or other personal preference.
All Sales Are Final
Please review all product details, sizing information, colors, and personalization carefully before placing your order.
Once an order enters production, it cannot usually be changed or canceled. Because each exact Enchanted Footage™ design is created for a single release, we do not restock or recreate returned designs.
Major Design Flaws, Damage or Product Defects
We absolutely want you to receive the product you ordered in the condition it was meant to arrive.
If your item arrives with a major design flaw, manufacturing defect, significant print or engraving error, physical damage, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email enchantedllc@yahoo.com and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
Once we review the issue, we will work with you on the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
Minor variations in color, placement, texture, or appearance that can naturally occur during production or between digital previews and finished products are not considered major defects unless they materially affect the design or usability of the item.
International Customers
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers in certain countries, including the United Kingdom and European Union, may have additional statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or eligible online purchases.
