Welcome to Enchanted Footage™. These Terms of Service govern your use of enchantedfootage.com and any purchases made through our online store.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please review them before making a purchase.

1. About Enchanted Footage™

Enchanted Footage™ is an online gift boutique offering one-of-a-kind designs across apparel, accessories, drinkware, home goods, tech accessories, gift wrap, and other products.

Our signature approach is simple:

One design. One release. No restocks.

Only one of each exact design is released. Once that design is claimed, it is retired and will not be recreated in the same form.

A product type, theme, zodiac sign, profession, phrase, or similar concept may appear again in a completely different design.

2. Using Our Website

By using our website or placing an order, you represent that you are at least the age of majority where you live or are using the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our website, products, content, or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

You may not interfere with the security, operation, or functionality of our website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of it.

3. Product Availability & One-of-a-Kind Designs

Because each exact design is released only once, availability can change quickly.

Placing an item in your cart does not guarantee that it will remain available until checkout is completed.

We reserve the right to correct product information, pricing errors, availability errors, or other inaccuracies and to cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary.

If we are unable to fulfill an order that has already been paid for, the affected amount will be refunded.

4. Product Images & Variations

We make every reasonable effort to display our products and designs as accurately as possible.

However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, printing method, materials, manufacturing process, and other production factors.

Small variations in color, print placement, engraving, texture, or appearance that naturally occur during production are not necessarily considered product defects.

A major design flaw, manufacturing defect, significant printing or engraving error, physical damage, or incorrect item should be reported according to our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on our website may be shown in U.S. dollars or another available local currency, depending on your location and store settings.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, VAT, customs duties, import fees, or other charges may apply depending on the order and delivery destination. Where available, applicable charges will be displayed or calculated during checkout.

6. Orders & Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Product or design availability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Payment issues
• Shipping or fulfillment restrictions
• An inability to fulfill the product as ordered

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully processed, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Many of our products begin production shortly after an order is placed. Because of this, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Enchanted Footage™ currently ships within the United States and to select international destinations, including:

Europe: Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden

International: Australia, Canada, United Kingdom

Shipping rates and available methods are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, delivery destination, and available fulfillment options.

Many Enchanted Footage™ products are made to order. Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to product availability, fulfillment providers, carriers, customs processing, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. International Orders

Customers placing international orders are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

International orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Delivery may also be delayed by customs or local postal authorities.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under the laws applicable to a customer's purchase.

9. Returns, Refunds & Product Issues

Because many of our products are made to order and feature one-of-a-kind designs, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or other personal preference, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

If an item arrives with a major design flaw, manufacturing defect, significant printing or engraving error, physical damage, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.

Where appropriate, a qualifying issue may be resolved through a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws are not limited by these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Enchanted Footage™ name, branding, website content, product artwork, graphics, photographs, text, design elements, collection names, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Enchanted Footage™ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, sold, or used commercially without permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork, design, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property associated with that product.

11. Third-Party Services

Our store is powered by Shopify, and we use third-party providers such as payment processors, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, and other service providers to operate our business and fulfill orders.

These third parties may have their own terms, policies, and privacy practices that apply when you use their services.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not own or control.

From time to time, Enchanted Footage™ may offer promotions, discount codes, special offers, or other incentives.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions:

• Cannot be redeemed for cash
